I watched Wednesday 2 with the feeling that Nevermore Academy had become less like a strange school and more like a pressure chamber built around Wednesday Addams herself. The first season introduced her as a brilliant, emotionally sealed outsider who could turn every conversation into a verbal autopsy. This second season places her in a more complicated position: she is no longer just the gloomy new girl solving a mystery from the margins. She is known, watched, admired, feared, and expected to perform her own legend.
