LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga feels like a celebration of both Star Wars and the strange comic language that LEGO games have built over the years. I came into it expecting familiar planets, famous characters, slapstick scenes, and lots of collectibles, but the scale surprised me. This is not only a small retelling of a few movies. It tries to cover the entire main Skywalker storyline, from the prequel era to the original trilogy and the sequel films, while turning the whole thing into a playful adventure full of bricks, gags, exploration, and constant rewards.
