League of Legends Patch 26.14 is bringing the first major balance preview after MSI, with Riot shifting power away from several dominant picks while giving help to champions that have struggled in recent updates.

Corki and Mordekaiser are among the biggest winners of the patch, while Garen, Locke, Senna, and Seraphine are all being toned down. The update also includes multiple system adjustments, including changes to Hextech Rocketbelt, Jack of All Trades, Protoplasm Harness, and Blue Buff.

LoL Patch 26.14 is scheduled to arrive on July 15, 2026. League of Legends patches usually launch on Wednesdays, with changes tested first on the PBE before being moved to live servers. Release times can vary by region, but updates commonly arrive around 3pm CT for North America, 5am GMT for EU West, 3am CET for EU North East, and 8am KR for Korea.

The patch is focused on post-MSI tuning. Riot is strengthening several champions that have not been performing well enough, including Corki, Mordekaiser, and Yunara. At the same time, some of the stronger or more problematic champions from the previous patch are receiving nerfs. Garen’s finishing power is being reduced, Locke is being adjusted after release, and Senna is getting another round of changes after staying strong despite earlier nerfs.

Patch 26.14 also brings new cosmetic content, including the T1 Worlds 2025 Champion skin collection and the Victorious Rengar skin.

Azir is receiving bug fixes in this update. Riot is not listing traditional number buffs for him in the provided preview, but the champion should benefit from fixes that improve consistency.

Corki is getting stronger scaling and a more reliable passive interaction. His AD growth is increasing from 2 to 2.5. Missile Barrage’s passive interaction is also being improved, with the passive cooldown reduction from auto attacks increasing from 2-4 seconds to 2-6 seconds.

Mordekaiser is receiving buffs to both his ultimate and his pull. Realm of Death’s stat steal is increasing from 10 percent to 13 percent, making him more dangerous after winning duels inside his ultimate. Death’s Grasp is also getting more damage, rising from 60-120 with 40 percent AP scaling to 60-140 with 45 percent AP scaling.

Nami is getting more lane pressure through Tidecaller’s Blessing. The damage per hit is increasing from 20-60 to 20/35/50/65/80, raising the total possible damage from 60-180 to 60-240. This should make her poke stronger in lane and give her more impact when empowering allies.

Yunara is receiving a simple scaling buff. Her AD growth is increasing from 2.5 to 3, giving her better damage growth as the game goes longer.

Garen is being nerfed through Demacian Justice. The base true damage on his ultimate is being reduced from 150/250/350 to 125/200/275. The missing health ratio remains unchanged, but the lower base damage should reduce his finishing threat, especially before later stages of the game.

Jayce is losing some mobility and melee durability. Hextech Capacitor’s movement speed after changing forms is being reduced from 40 for 0.75 seconds to 30. His Mercury Hammer resistances are also being lowered from 5/15/25/35 with 7.5 percent bonus AD scaling to 5/15/19/26 with the same bonus AD scaling.

Locke is being adjusted after release, with nerfs aimed at both damage and durability. Ritual Nails’ nail damage is dropping from 50-90 to 50-82. Stack base bonus damage is also being reduced from 20-60 to 18-50, while the nail recast hold time is being lowered from five seconds to four seconds. Soul Ignition is also taking a hit, with the base Grey Health cap reduced from 40-200 to 40-160.

Senna is receiving another set of nerfs focused on damage and utility. Her critical strike damage modifier is being reduced from minus 15 percent to minus 20 percent. Piercing Darkness is also being weakened, with the AP slow dropping from 10 percent per 100 AP to seven percent per 100 AP, while the AP healing ratio is being reduced from 50 percent AP to 35 percent AP.

Seraphine’s poke damage is being reduced. High Note’s AP ratio is going down from 50 percent to 40 percent, lowering her damage output through one of her main spells.

Blue Buff is receiving a quality-of-life system buff. Instead of providing 10 Ability Haste at all stages, it will now scale based on level, offering 10/15/20 Ability Haste as the game progresses.

Hextech Rocketbelt is being changed into a tankier but less burst-focused option. Its build path is changing from Alternator, Codex, Tome, and 300 gold to Alternator, Kindlegem, Ruby Crystal, and 350 gold. The item’s AP is being reduced from 70 to 60, while health is increasing from 300 to 350. Its active cooldown is also increasing from 40 seconds to 50 seconds.

Immortal Path, the Gluttonous Greaves mid quest upgrade, is losing some offensive and sustain strength. Its damage increase is being reduced from five percent to four percent, while increased healing, shielding, and regeneration are being lowered from 15 percent to 12 percent.

Jack of All Trades is also being nerfed. The adaptive force gained at five and 10 Jack stacks is being reduced from 10/25 to 6/20, making the rune weaker at both key breakpoints.

Protoplasm Harness is becoming more expensive and losing some early durability. Its cost is increasing from 2,500 gold to 2,600 gold. Bonus health is changing from 200-300 to 100-300, while healing is changing from 200-400 to 100-400.

Overall, League of Legends Patch 26.14 looks like a targeted balance update aimed at reducing the strength of several overperforming picks while giving underused champions more room to compete. Corki, Mordekaiser, Nami, and Yunara should feel better after the patch, while Garen, Locke, Senna, and Seraphine players will need to adjust to weaker numbers.
