BeamNG.drive is not a normal racing game, and that is exactly why it is so fascinating. It does not begin with glamorous championships, dramatic rivals, or a polished arcade fantasy of speed. Instead, it gives me vehicles, roads, physics, terrain, and the freedom to see what happens when metal, momentum, suspension, and bad judgment meet at high speed. The result is one of the most distinctive driving sandboxes available.
